I tried a new technique with these next few rocks. The base coat is painted with acrylics. Then, I did a circle mandala with puff paint. Next, I used my dotting tool to start at the middle and drag out to make the peaks. Finally, I went in between the peaks and dragged toward the middle to pull the color back in also. Sealed with concrete sealer.
