I originally painted this rock blue and then added the pink in layers over the top, so the blue shows through some in spots. I then used sharpie to make the silhouette design. I added white windows and stars and then wrote Live the Dream! GJ Rocks & Art Treasures Abandonment on Facebook #GJRATA
This was originally abandoned in the GJHS Library. Someone found it and gave it to Mrs Middlemas. She may hide it somewhere else, we will see...
This was originally placed at St Mary's Clinic. I found a rock (below) as I was going to place this one, so I placed my rock and took the rock that was there and placed it somewhere else at the Clinic.

For this one, I was testing out my new CraftSmart Paint Pens that I got from Michael's for $8 for the set. I wrote the words (Love, Trust, Believe, Inspire, and Smile) on the rock each in a different colored pen. I then used some of the other pens to fill in the space with some dot flowers. #GJRATA GJ Rocks & Art Treasures Abandonment
This was originally abandoned at the LDS church on G Rd.
I was testing some ideas I had on this rock. First I put rubber bands around the rock, trying to make them as flat against the rock as possible. I then used spray paint to paint it purple. After it dried, I took off the rubber bands. The results weren't quite what I was expecting, so the rock sat on my table for a long time as I debated on just completely starting over with the rock or not. I decided I would paint each line a different color. It turned out ok, but not my favorite. #GJRATA GJ Rocks & Art Treasures AbandonmentThis was originally abandoned outside of Coloramo on Horizon.

I got this idea from Pinterest but modified it to be a tiger paw not a dog paw. I started with a black background then used vinyl as a stencil for the paw. Touched up the paint that was pulled off with the vinyl and then added the silver dots outlining the paw. I then filled in the rest of the space with different colored orange dots. #GJRATA GJ Rocks & Art Treasures Abandonment
This was originally abandoned in the Copy Room at GJHS. Jen took it and placed it somewhere new. :)
This was originally abandoned at Arby's on North.
I left this in the lobby at Jeff's Automotive to replace the turtle that had been there for over a month.
